Directions

 Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease a baking dish.

Prepare Bread Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread and blueberries.

Make Custard
In another bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, shredded coconut, and salt.

Combine and Soak
Pour the custard mixture over the bread and blueberries. Let it soak for 10 minutes, ensuring the bread absorbs the liquid.

Bake
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.

Serve
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, possibly with a scoop of ice cream or a drizzle of coconut cream.
